Im after an all-in-one budget system and I see Richer Sounds are
offering the Toshiba SD43HK for under Ł220 right now:

Ive been unable to find a review of this system and the SD42HK didnt
seem to get any rave reviews but at this price Im very tempted by the
43HK, especially as it has built-in NTSC->PAL conversion (my TV cant
read NTSC). Anyone heard anything about this system?

Steve, I dont have a full review but my recent copy of What Hifi magazine
says:
Good value for what it is but not in rush out and buy it territory
They gave it 3 out of 5 stars.
